• One of the best ways what I recommend to get a Teleport staff is to shop for one from Ormus in Act 3, specifically in Nightmare or Hell difficulty. Ormus has a chance to sell magical staves with the "Teleport" charges.
• You can keep refreshing his inventory by leaving the town and re-entering, or by using a waypoint to reset his stock until you find a staff with Teleport.

2. Gamble for it

• When you gamble there is a possibility to get a magical staff from vendors like Gheed or Elzix in Acts 1 or 2, though this is less reliable and more random than shopping directly from Ormus.

3. Random Drop

• You may also find staves with Teleport charges as random drops throughout the game, particularly from high-level monsters or in higher difficulties (Nightmare or Hell).
